    Hi girls, Just wondering if any of you knew of any super short cardio premixes, say about 10-15 minutes? I'm just looking for something really quick to do in the A.M. before work, in addition to my regular nightly rotation workouts. Kind of like a "start the day off right" type of thing. :)
