    I decided to take a rest day today - so tired and no energy for anything. I'm going to try following a 3 day workout schedule - so 3 days of workouts and then a rest day and see if that helps since I've been feeling a little worn out lately. I'll see how it goes this week.

    Low Max - full workout or premixes?

    Thanks to all of you for the advice - it did help to keep trying the whole workout with the blasts. Today was the first time I was able to complete Low Max in its entirety - all step combos and all intensity blasts with no breaks!!
