    STS Recovery Week Day 2

    Just got back from kickboxing at lunch...it was about 42 minutes or so and then I stretched for about 10 minutes. Will do core max and stretch max IIIs later on. Happy St. Paddy's Day and Happy Birthday to my brother - lucky stiff to have his birthday today!

    Disc 10 - Push-ups definitely seemed more do-able this week compared to last week. The barbell curls with the band, however, were not....I mean I could not even crank out more than handful of reps...I dropped the band and wound up upping the weight to try to make it as tough....I don't know...

    Really enjoyed disc 8....the time flew by. Loved the addition of the drop sets in this workout as well. Definite form improvement on the side-lying push-ups. Back and triceps felt warm all over. Happy to say today is my day off from the gym...going to do a nice long stretch tonight...

    I am doing the same thing, but in reverse - cardio at lunch and STS at night... Fit44 - I definitely admire you - I am so lazy to do cardio at night these days...if I have to, I will, but definitely prefer it earlier in the day :-) so long as it is not 5AM :-)

    One legged pikes...HELP!!

    bumping...I made it through 1.5 single leg pikes and then started rollin' all over the place.....would love form pointers to master this quicker.... ditto for the ski move......i had a little voice in my head saying "going, going, goooonnnnnneeee" as I rolled around and off the ball :-)

    I believe that if your ball has less air it makes the movement easier
