    Don't worry morgs, u don't sound silly...it is just your body adjusting and it will get better...it is true, if you wait until you actually feel thirsty...it is too late, you are already dehydrated...usually it is best to increase your water intake gradually...add 8oz and try that for a few...

    hi ya'll! I've been a long time lurker and have loved all the info here I used to work out at home some time ago, but in recent time I belonged to a gym & found that the drive time and same ole classes far from inspiring...cancelled my membership and back to working out at home...
