    It all depends if I add the 10min beach work or not. Usually though, it's approx. 45min (including warm-up) to 1hr (with beach work). This also includes the rest periods (anywhere from 1min-2min -- between working sets). I foam roll at the end too, so that pushes me to the 60min mark. I'm ok...
