    Tonight I did Tracy Steen 50 min Lower Body by Muscle Group Strength and Cardio. My legs are a little fatigued. I've decided I am going to stay with medium weights for certain leg work to avoid knee and lower back pain. I still am getting a good workout. Now I am going to take my dog for a walk.
