    How long after knee surgery......

    I took 12 days off after my meniscus surgery. Then for 4 weeks all I did was upper body and abs. I did slow and heavy for 2 weeks, then the pure strength series for 2 weeks. I am able to do everything now, but my knee is about 95% back to normal. Good luck with your surgery!!! Lisa
