    On Disc 4 - Meso 1 - Week 2 - Chest, Shoulders and Biceps, there are 3 exercises that do not appear in the pull down menu for 1RM Testing: 1 - Seated Rear Flys into Band Pulls 2 - Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms (dumbbell) 3 - Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High Ends (dumbbell)
