    Hiked 9.76 miles with elevation changes of 1100 feet. Hiked with my daughter and had to crack the whip a couple of times to speed her up. We had a great time.

    Our hike tomorrow will be on Turkey Mountain. Its is the ONLY mountain in my area. It has marked trails and 25 miles of unmarked trails so I hope to just stay on marked trails. sheila

    I did legs premix 3 today because premix 1 did not include the barre work. I did it all including the rear delt work. I followed up with a 100 rep challenge of squats with 30 pound barbell. Sure hope I'm sore tomorrow. :D sheila
