    I know that diet is a big part of it, that is why I am trying to decrease my calories and make healthier choices. But I almost feel bulkier since doing the first month. she does so much leg work. I feel that I work my legs more than my upper body.

    and have seen no changes in my body. I feel stronger but physically no changes. I thought I would see something. I have been trying to eat better and six meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Adding in extra protein for the wt workouts. I guess maybe I need to wait and finish the entire 3 months...

    i really like jillian michaels no more trouble zones workout, Its an hr long and she covers every body part well. Its only 10.00 at walmart.

    always hungry

    I'm at the high end according to your chart. I am not flabby but with the extra 5lbs feel kind of puffy thru the middle. I just turned 40 this summer, so dont know if its the dreaded 40 pds or not. Hopefully they will budge. thanks for all the advice

    Having trouble running

    i teach a bootcamp class where we run at least a mile maybe more some days and do other cardio but only run consistantly lately for 1 day so this pas weekend I ran both saturday and sunday and completed 4 miles one day and 5 the next but with great effort the last 1-2 miles.
