    Wow! Thanks for all the suggestions, I will focus more on that type of exercises for that area. I do lunges, squats in my exercise class but when I added wts for legs like clx my legs got bigger. Thanks!

    For those of you who can't do wts for legs to often without bulking them up, what do you do to tone them up and get nice results without making them bigger? I still have cellulite right beneath my butt and outer thighs. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Do you eat after cardio?

    .Yes, I am a runner. I sometimes run late in the evening and don't always feel like eating.I usually don't eat after a run unless its in the morning. But I'm trying to reevaluate my diet and lose some wt. Thanks for the advice.

    Wasnt sure what I was doin was gonna get me results. I mix it up by doing high rep low wt and then heavy but on a weekly basis. Say monday high rep, thursday low rep just wanted to make sure I want suppose to be doing one for weeks then switch it up. Thanks

    Which should you do?

    I often do jackie warners workouts which consists of high reps lower wts. Question is should I do higher reps lower wt only for several weeks or is it ok to throw in a low rep, heavy wt routine say once a week and do the high rep workout once or twice a week also?
