    low pulse rate question

    When I was 26 yrs old I averaged 90 over 60 Blood Pressure and 46 resting heart rate. Since I was in the AFROTC my doc decided to test my BP 3x a day, in 3 different positions standing/sitting/lie down for 5 days in a row. It was always the same.... normal for me.

    I'm 62, I just use any exercise bra that I have. I have a funny solution to that! If I need to do high intensity cardio, I use a Waist Trimmer (I bought for $6 at Walmart)and strap it over my top holds me secure and nothing jiggles. For really high intensity cardio I put a 2nd one...

    I have and still work out to Gin Miller's Reebok Step tapes. The industrial one is called "The Step" I just did the intervals one recently again and it is called: "Reebok Intense Moves" She gives you choices for the intervals... Steady, Harder and Hardest. It is (imho) one of the best!
