    Dang! When I do slower motion with my DVD player I don't have any sound. There is a slow motion button on the remote. Is there another place I need to look? Where in the settings did you find where to set the speed? I would love to slow these down.

    Adding a weighted vest will allow you to go heavier with the legs but still keep the weights light in your hands. This is what I do and it works great!

    I third that suggestion. Its an amazing set! I also love Shiva Rea. Her DVDs are great because she has 20 minute practices that you can sting together if you want a longer practice or do just the 20 minutes if you want to add yoga onto another workout.

    I skipped the getting started workouts and started with the volumes. I just took breaks when needed. I've read people splitting the workouts in half to make it a bit easier.
