    Hi everyone! Today I did Cathe Live Total Body Giant Sets. I think I may like this better than the DVD except it does skimp on the back and chest. Love the core rounds though! Nora-great calorie burn! Belinda-I love those two JS workouts. Roxie-something is always better than nothing...

    Nathalie, I did Cycle 1 from Cathe Live as my first spin workout. I only have Pedal Power and XTrain Ride right now. Sounds like I'll need to work up to Cycle Sweat!

    Hi ladies! Today is my birthday! For my workout, I did Cathe Live Sweat, Jump and Pump and Stretch Max #1. Roxie, I will definitely look into StudioSweat. Today starts a Cathe Live rotation for me, but I'm going to try to work in some spinning workouts.

    Well, today I did Cathe Live Cycle 1....I loved it!!! Oh my gosh, my legs feel like jello, and I was quite conservative with the resistance. Nathalie, you are right, I can see how this would be addictive. Jen, I start your Cathe Live rotation tomorrow and I just hope I can move my legs!

    Nathalie, I only have 2 of Cathe's 4 cycle DVDs, but I do have Live so I can use those cycle workouts until I snap up the two DVDs I'm missing. I can't wait to give it a try! Jen, will you be doing blog posts for the blender workouts you try? Tom, all those push ups...oy vey! LOL!
