    If I'm doing heavy squats in my squat rack, I wear my squat shoes. Otherwise I wear my Reebok Nanos. For my Cathe's I wear a crosstrainer.

    I voted! Down with almost anything really, all but gliding discs cause I have horse stall mats in my gym, and it's PIA to drag out the large room rug and set it up to attempt to use my gliding discs. so I either skip that workout or sub another move.

    anyone trying a CGM?

    I have found that for me, on days I have a high white carb eating day, I have much worse acid reflux. Makes it a lot easier to keep your white carb eating down if you have acid indigestion for a few hours after you eat a bunch of carby stuff.

    Anyone doing "Shovel Max" today?

    Well, looks like we're gonna half ass start to dig out from the 9 inches that fell if the wind dies down. Got a total of 15 inches of snow this week , but the winds are still over 20MPH right now so trying to move snow is useless when it's just gonna blow right back. Is it spring yet?

    Little bit. I did the porch and around it. Hubby used the 4x4 and blade to do our incredibly long AF driveway. It's longer than 2 football fields, so... We got between 6-7 inches, but 30MPH winds had drifts over 15inches tall. Another 7-10 inches scheduled to hit tomorrow eve into Friday.

    I love my massages, and wish I could get them twice a month rather than every other month. I carry all my tension in my upper back and traps and she has to WORK to get the literal knots out. I feel like I did the worst hardest Crossfit workout ever the next day. I think if I could afford it...

    Weight lifting diets

    I do increase my calories, by 100-200 a day when I'm building muscle. It's very hard to build muscle without an increase in calories. I also try to split my increase between carbs and protein cause you do need carbs to help build muscle as well as protein.
