Cathe, I'm really sorry to hear about the loss of Hampton! We too have a black lab, Izmo, and we love him dearly. As his chin begins to gray, I know he won't be around forever. It's great that you had so many years with such great dogs. My heart goes out to you.

Recently, I received the four-package CD set with the Timesaver workout. That's the one I use most often; however, I'm having difficulty keeping up with the step portion, as Cathe moves quickly, and these step moves appear to be for those who have been doing it awhile. Is there a beginner CD you...
