I hope that they can get you some type of replcement package. I would be very dissapointed, too, if I were in your shoes. QVC America seems like it bends over backwards to please it's customers. Every customer rep that I have spoken to was always professional and extreemly helpful.

There is quite an extensive thread at the ya ya's site under the euipment category. You might want to check it out. I have mats from Home Depot, I think they are great. I can tell quite a difference when I workout now. I got them in the carpeting and rug area of the store.
