    Hi! my goal is to gain muscle. I have been doing upper pyramid on Wed. and Sat. and the lower pyramid on Mon. and Fri. the entire workout. Would this be too much?     What results does muscle endurance videos give?

    My favorite videos are muscle endurance and pour hour which are endurance training. I would like to firm my butt up. I wasn't sure if I would get better results with endurance videos or ones like, legs and glutes, lower pyramid, ect.

    Cathe, How long does it take to gain a pound of muscle?

    I get about a moderate amount of protein in my diet and do a full body strength routine 3 times a week. I usually follow your videos, like supersets, muscle max, ect. I just wanted to know about how long it takes to build muscle if you train to failure?
