    I am glad to see I'm not the only one who's inflexible!! I am going to try adding a stretch max segment after cardio and see if that helps. And Vee, I will check out the AM Yoga DVD on collage. Thanks for the tip!

    I think I may be the most inflexible person in the world. I can't even touch my toes!! What have you done to improve flexibility? I just bought the biggest loser yoga dvd, and have done 1 segment (I also have the p90x yoga dvd, but it is waaay too long and hard for my short attention...
