Why are my resistance bands so much shorter...

than the ones Cathe uses in LIC and B&G? Is it just a "brand" thing? If so, which ones specifically does Cathe use? For example, my bands aren't long enough to add to the barbell for bicep work. Maybe that's not such a bad thing :D Thanks to anyone that can help. Becky

    steel cut oatmeal in crockpot

It didn't work for me either.... some people have suggested using a smaller crockpot. Mine ended up very mushy and burnt around the edges...YUCK! Like you, I'll go back to the good old fashioned way! Becky

So with all this Butts and Guts talk.....I just need to know....

Where do you fit it into your workout schedule? Is it an "add-on" after a cardio workout, or is it just a stand-alone work out? What should I be doing? Becky

    Fatigue

Goldenrun: I have a 3yr old DS and a school aged 6yr old DD. It is a bit hectic in my life that's for sure. You are right also in that I run around and HAVE to be fit for my job. But I don't work full time, that's what I keep thinking. I know there are many women out there who do more then...

    Fatigue

Traci, you are correct. Most of the FIRM's are "circuity". Would you mind posting a typical rotation for you, so I have something to go on? Thanks, Becky

    Fatigue

MuffinTop: See that's just it for me too. Sometimes those 3-4 days off revive me, but most of the time, I'm still not ready to work out and am still very fatigued. I just finished a 3 day stretch of extreme fatigue, telling myself to take a rest and I'll feel better. I'm still not 100%. The...

    Fatigue

I should probably add after thinking about the overtraining thing is that I am a nurse who works approx 3 nights per week. Just so you all are aware. Oh, and I do take a multivitamin daily. Thanks! Becky

    Fatigue

I usually do 2-3 days on, one day off. I always rotate, and NEVER work same body parts two days in a row. In October this is a sample week(s) for me: Monday: Step Jump @ Pump Tuesday: UCB (The FIRM's Ultimate Calorie Blaster) Wednesday: Step Blast Thursday:Push/Pull Friday: off...

    Fatigue

I consider myself an intermediate to an advanced person when it comes to working out. I've done the FIRM for 2 years and Cathe for almost 8 months now. Here's my problem: I seem to suffer from bouts of huge fatigue. Weeks can go by where I look forward AND love Cathe's workouts and push...

Which Cathe gave you best results?

No rotation advice here, as I have only just started doing Cathe workouts for about 6 months now, but did the FIRM religiously for 2 years. I too love my wine (and alcohol in general) and kept on drinking while Firming. I am 5' tall and plateaued out at 115-120. I would enjoy a few drinks each...

FIRM to Cathe...any success stories out there?

I would post this on the success board, but it doesn't look as though it gets a lot of traffic. I am new to Cathe, and consider myself an intermediate exerciser. I have been Firming for over 2 yrs though. Just wondering what more Cathe has given you in terms of results and endurance...

Going from the FIRM to Cathe...

I have been doing the FIRM for about 2 years now and I am at a point where I just need some more intense workouts. I also dabble w/running. I am a fairly fit person. I just received LoMax, and I loved the workout, but it will take me a few times to figure out all of the footwork..at least I'm...
