    lead weight gloves

I have been doing several Cathe DVD's lately and noticed that Cathe is wearing weighted gloves that unzip across the top and she pulls out what looks like a lead weight cylinder. Does anyone know what kind of weighted glove I'm talking about. They look so much simpler than the one's with sand...

    a true wimp needs advice

Thanks so much. This is all great advice. I think I was really intimidated by how much Cathe can do, and also about getting that list of 1 Rep Max done. I think the first time through I'll just do it and get comfortable with the whole thing.

    Just NOW finished STS-1st time.

Congratulations. I'm planning on starting mine real soon, and hopefully will get the great results you did. I'm finding that so far the hardest part is the 1 rep max. How did you get a chance to get them all done? And how did you work out doing them along the way, and workout.

    weighted glove question

I want to order the 4lb cathe weighted gloves today, if possible, and have a couple of questions to anyone who has these. 1. Do you like the 4lb gloves? 2. I don't know what size to order. Do they run small. I usually run between a medium and large glove, and they are package in small/med or...

    a true wimp needs advice

I would love to do the STS program but I think I'm way to wimpy. I have been working out for a month now doing the pyramid's. Yesterday I attempted High Reps, and today I'm dying. I can't even do a real push up, and couldn't really do all of high reps without modifying a lot. I get way to...

10 weeks and still SO TIRED!

Congratulations Congratulations! My baby is now 21, you won't believe how fast it goes by. I don't know what part of the country you live in or how much your able to get outside, but feeling tired is also a symptom of a vitamin D deficiency. You might feel better if you can simply go for a...

    protection when cutting root veg

how to peel a squash Hope this helps For stability, use a sharp kitchen knife to cut one inch from the top and bottom of the squash, and discard. Using a serrated peeler, peel away the thick skin until you reach the deeper orange flesh of the squash. With a spoon or melon baller, scoop away...

    Isometrics

what a great idea This would be perfect for traveling, and anyone just starting that doesn't have the money for all the weights, step, etc. I would like it very much if variations for beginner through advanced were being done so everyone could benefit and progress. I would love this for all...
