    Cathe, I'm looking for your opinion on the best exercises for developing the back, both at home and in the gym. Also, which muscles do the T-Bar rows target? They are a great exercise and I was just wondering which one I'm working when I do them. Thanks in advance, Gina

    Cathe, a question about you... With you teaching so many classes during the week, how did you manage to keep the bulk and definition that you have? Just curious since you said that a high amount of cardio tends to slim the upper body. Gina D

    My biceps got too big!

    Mine aren't big enough... Actually mine are fine, it's just that I'm one of those people that actually want to bulk. I am probably going against my genetic code, but I want to get bigger. My legs respond very well to heavy, heavy weights, but I just can't seem to get past a certain poundage...
