    Do you like ALL the tapes in the Intensity Series ?

    You gotta try boot camp from this series. Muscle endurance is alsogood, as is cardio & weights, which is kind of like the firm tapes. But you have to get boot camp!

    Bodymax still a humbling experience

    The first time I did it, I made it all the way through. But, I used the lighter weights. As I progressed, I eventually started upping the weight, heavier and heavier, depending on how I felt. For some reason though, I CANNOT do the bicep curls yet with the barbell:( . I sometimes do "The Firm"...

    How many workouts before you increase your weights?

    You can tell when it's time to increase your weights: it will feel too easy!;)
