    I suggest you get the book called: "Natural Hormonal Enhancement:"by Rob Faigin 6 small meals: 7 days under 20 grams of carbs to start fat burning, go into a 3 day under 20 grams of carbs; next day under 20 grms of protein and carb load, then back to the under 20 grams of carbs for 3 days...
