Hi Beccie, Do you mean the nutrition pkg. through this site/program? If so, I haven't looked at it. No, I have counted calories and kept track through Fitday.com. But it is a lot of work - kind of fun - but a lot of work. One thing nice about it is that it looks at your nutrients and vitamins that you naturally get from your diet. I have supplemented with vitamins based on the results. Anyway, I simply making most of my plate be vegetables 60-75% and protein for the rest with a little bit of preferably whole carbs. I snack on nuts, seeds, fruit, or low-fat cheese.
