Hi! I saw your post on a Fat Flush workout and wanted to know how that work out was for you. I too have a huge belly and I am trying to work on it but I have so much inflammation that I quit working out for a while. I am a huge cathy fan and I used to do her workouts daily but in the last few years not so much. Getting back into it but I need to get my waist size down. Did you have success with that and which workouts are you using? Cute Baby BTW. Justine
