Gonna do KCP today and then elliptical for 45 minutes. Then the outdoors Midwest style with a BIG YELLOW SHOVEL. Gained so much upper body strength pushing all this snow these last 3 months.:mad::rolleyes:
I wear one all the time. The calorie burn usually depends on your weight and physical condition of course. But for example Kick Punch and Crunch, Kick Max burn about 400-700 calories.

I basically told Discovery the same. Why call a network FitTv if you are gonna dump all the dreck from less successful networks there. I don't want to watch shows centered around a morgue.
