How I found out about Cathe Workouts
From FitTV. I saw part of a workout(KPC) and checked out cathe.com :) My first purchase was KPC on video!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
They are so thorough and challenging PLUS Cathe is motivating and makes it fun...even when she's making me work really hard. "I know you're tired but jump higher!" ACK!! :)

My Success Story
About 3 years ago I lost about 100 pounds-the first 55 from just working out and the rest by doing WW's. I got married about a year and a half ago and have managed to put back on about 20 pound of what I lost. I've recently re-focused and am ready to get back to where I was!!
