How I found out about Cathe Workouts
A friend that I had introduced to the Firm found Cathe from a message board posting. She then bought me 5 workout as a birthday present!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Fun, variety, results, success. Cathe is a great instructor and keeps me motivated and smiling through my workouts.

My Fitness Goals
I want to be healthy and strong. I like that I can do everything that I need to do and that nothing stops me during the day. Working out gives energy and motivation to keep going in all aspects of life.
My Success Story
I lost 80 pounds in 1996 using diet and exercise. I mostly exercised at home for the first 40 pounds (using the same tape every day - can you imagine that?) and joined a gym & added some strength for the rest. I taught myself about healthier eating and a better lifestyle. In 1996, I moved to Boston from NJ to go to grad school and then found the Firm & Cathe. Since then, I am about the same weight, but am about 2 sizes smaller and much stronger and fit. I now teach at the gym (step and weights classes) and try to help others with their goals. My goals have changed through the years and not are more focused on strength and health. Nothing pleases me more than to help someone that was in the position that I was years ago to get healthier and conquer a goal.
