I found Cathe in a Collage Video catelog. I was looking for a challenging fun workout. I was hooked from that point on...:)
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I love Cathe workouts because they make me sweat!! Cathe always finds a way to make the workouts different but effective challenging and fun.

My Fitness Goals
My goal is to take off the weight I put on during my pregnancy. I want to get back into honeymoon shape. I have lost about 40 pounds so far and about 50 to go!
My Success Story
My success story is a work in progress! I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. It is SLOWLY coming off. I have Cathe workouts to thank for that. I have lost 40 pounds so be continued......
