Yup! Same here. Did this weds and had DOMS later that night. I had Afterburn planned for today (Friday) and did straight cardio instead. I couldn't handle DOMS on tops of DOMS on my hamstrings!

I notice that Tracy Anderson uses current pop music in her live streaming. Surely she has not purchased the rights to all of these songs. I would think that would be millions of dollars. Is she doing this illegally? And if she can use that kind of music, why can't Cathe?
