My DH just doesn't like practicing or working out and luckily for him he is pretty fit due to his job being physical at times. He plays roller hockey and that costs as much in fees and equipment as my DVD purchases (typically just one set per year now)...

Today was Slide & Glide. One of my feet cramps on the top just behind my toes (metatarsals), happens when I do squats yesterday - had to take a break and work it out, then it started happening again this morning so I couldn't go as hard as I wanted. Still a good workout...
