I am constantly challenged. I never get bored and I love the variations Cathe offers. Her style, personality, workouts, choreography, music...everything clicks for me!

I have worked out for many years. I have a very stressful job. Working out helps me relieve stress, feel confident, maintain a healthy weight and is a vital part of my daily routine. When I workout I'm happy!
