Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Early on I found Cathe’s workouts to be of equal quality and intensity of group fitness classes I was taking at the gym. I have been exclusively working out at home using Cathe’s videos for the past 15 years. Cathe’s workouts are fun, motivating and challenging.

All of Cathe’s except Strong and Sweaty, Fit Tower and Cycle. I’ve tried others over the years but keep reaching for Cathe.
My Fitness Goals
As I get older, my goal is to stay healthy, maintain strong core, increase muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness (and to look like Cathe and Jai).
My Success Story
Being able to get back into a workout routine after some minor physical setbacks over the years.
