Hi all.
I have a question about body weight, or muscle weight vs. fat. I am 5'5, 22, and 155lb! Even in my prime shape, I have never been lower than 150 (this was hiking 8 hrs. a day w/ 70lb on my back). I workout 45-60 minutes, 5-6 days a week, and do some weights, I am beginning to do more...
