To get in the best shape of my life before it's too late. I really want to see if I can do it.
My Success Story
I've always been a runner, but decided to incorporate strength training when I hired a personal trainer at where I worked. I started at 40, and when I was 42, decided I wanted to be a trainer myself. I am finally doing something I love, and I'm getting paid for it.
