    I actually bought this book about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I never had the original, so I can't really compare the two. I believe Amazon has it for about $12 which is what I paid for it, and it was money well spent, has helped me plenty!

    From my experience, abs are tricky. You may have great abs that are just hiding. For ab definition to really show, you have to have a lower %BF. A lot of it is definitely nutrition IMO.
