- Lots of the Firm videos, Insanity, 10 Minute Solution Pilates workouts. Nowadays, Cathe is the main staple of my workouts. I'm hoping to start running this summer, because I never could before

- My number one goal is to be able to do straight leg push ups instead of on my knees. I long for the day I'm able to do those! I also want to strengthen my core and someday have a six pack, or at least lose most of my belly fat.
