I actually break a sweat and I've seen dramatic improvement in my overall fitness. I love being able to get a gym style work out in my home. Cathe is my personal trainer.

Lots of the Firm videos, Insanity, 10 Minute Solution Pilates workouts. Nowadays, Cathe is the main staple of my workouts. I'm hoping to start running this summer, because I never could before
My Fitness Goals
My number one goal is to be able to do straight leg push ups instead of on my knees. I long for the day I'm able to do those! I also want to strengthen my core and someday have a six pack, or at least lose most of my belly fat.
