I have bounced back after three pregnancies with significant weight gain and now weigh less than before I was first pregnant and I am in better shape (or at least as good as when I was in high school!). Have recently chosen to follow a vegetarian lifestyle - loving how I feel so far. I have also found a love for yoga - a wonderful addition for finding some ZEN and whole body toning.
