Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I love them all (some more than others)! I just rotate them according to what I've done lately and how I feel that day.

Amy Bento, Kari Anderson, Gin Miller Reebok, Breakthru, G-Force, Karen Voight, CIA's, ...
I own a whole lot of them, but primarly do Cathe's workouts.
