Golf, hiking, curling. Mother of three wonderful boys/men And grandmother to 1 sassy wonderful granddaughter and 5 fun, energetic, and smart grandsons. I survived a hemorrhagic stroke October 2016 at the age of 64. Was back in my home three months later after 2 months of rehabilitation.

- As I age it is becoming more difficult to stay as fit and continue the pace I did 15-20 years ago. I am looking to stay active and fit, keeping my balance and flexibility as my primary focus. I’m now working out 3 days a week and am satisfied with that.
