My Fitness Goals
As I age it is becoming more difficult to stay as fit and continue the pace I did 15-20 years ago. I am looking to stay active and fit, keeping my balance and flexibility as my primary focus. I’m now working out 3 days a week and am satisfied with that.
My Success Story
When I first began in 2004 I lost 22 lbs reaching a goal weight of 128 lbs and became the most fit I ever have been.
