- I am wanting to drop 15-20 lbs after having a hard year with two miscarriages. I am also noticing that I have to clean up my eating (limit wine) in order to really see the results I want and get back to my old weight/body fat.
- My Success Story
- I had an eating disorder years ago-as a pre-teen and into my teens. I healed myself by relearning how to eat, and also incorporated a variety of workouts. I learned to trust my body for the food I needed, and I began to crave moving my body.
