How I found out about Cathe Workouts
Fit TV. I saw Cathe doing Slow and Heavy and thought Wow! I wonder if I could do that? Until then, I had been a Body Electric gal (I still love Margaret - she introduced me to weights). Now I can match Cathe weight for weight on all but the chest flys.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
There are so many premixes that you never get bored. Cathe always pushes me but with a sweet smile (and sometimes wicked laugh). I have made huge strength gains using Cathe.
