When I began doing Cathe Workouts
How I found out about Cathe Workouts
By accident on the collage video website. I was looking for new Firm workouts and I ordered her Interval Max. I previewed the video before buying it and I remember seeing plyo jumps and some step moves. I remember thinking to myself - 'Oh I already do that on the Firm - no problem.' Well, I jumped right into doing the video when I got it and OMG!!! Having never actually done a Cathe video I was completely shocked by the intensity - and pleased! Completing that video was a new mission (not just a a goal). It took a few months, but I finally could get through the whole tape without stopping. After that, the Firm videos seemed too easy. I immediately started ordering more Cathe videos. Next, I found her website and soon after participated in a roadshow. Today, I workout in a gym, but I bring my Cathe workouts with me in addition to doing my own routines and other classes. Thanks Cathe - you enable me to take my fitness to a whole new level and motivate me to keep going!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe workouts are challenging and fun. She makes the workouts interesting and purposeful. I feel like I have accomplished a great feat when I finally can complete an entire dvd! Most importantly, I see results.
