How I found out about Cathe Workouts
Searching the web for advanced workouts. Had been a The Firm user but was no longer being satisfied by them. Wanted more challenges.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
They are tough and when you are done, you don't feel like you've waisted a single minute of your time. They make you feel so stong! And Cathe is fun and motivating... almost like I'm doing a workout with a friend.

I have some Karen Voight, Stott Pilates, and a few others. But other than Pilates and Yoga, I swear by Cathe now!!!
My Fitness Goals
To keep strong and fit as I get older. Luckily, I'm about the same age as Cathe so I'm hoping I'll be able to follow her through to old age! haha!
My Success Story
I have quite the sweet tooth and simply must have a sugary desert every day. I'm vegetarian and insist on eating healthy so I give myself permission to indulge on desert ;-) This added to my Cathe workouts 4-5 times a week keeps me smiling!
