- How I found out about Cathe Workouts
- It was actually via collagevideo. I was doing the firm, which I did not care for, and found a lot of people who did the firm, switched to Cathe. I thought I would try it out and that was about 2 years ago. I've been hooked ever since!
- Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
- Cathe is so challenging and I feel that I get a workout in that surpasses anything I could do in a gym or class. Most people look down on working out at home, as if it could not be challenging enough...obviously they have not tried any Cathe workouts! I love proving them wrong :)
