Have used the Firm and Karen Voight. I've also used Kathy Smith but can't seem to latch on to anything favorite. Although I have enormous respect for Voight, the music on some of her tapes is awful and demotivating. Used to jump rope religiously but have slacked off. I have become lazy and need...
