I just wanted to share about my barbell,I bought mine from a friend who used to be a beach body coach. She had a extra one with plates and everything. It looks almost like the one cathe uses in RWH. The bar is about 5lbs. If you can find a Beach Body coach maybe you can purchase one thru them or the website. I hope this helps =)
