How I found out about Cathe Workouts
A friend, Kim (Cab0899) had talked about Cathe for a while. I finally decided to order a couple workouts and started with KickMax and MuscleMax. I of course have continued to acquire most of Cathe's newer workouts!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe is very knowledgeable and she knows how to make you work hard but have fun!
