Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe is doing it with you. She is always kind. Never mean! She shows correct form! One of her "gang" are almost always on her workouts, so it feels like you are working out with Cathe and friends!

Is to do push ups on my toes by the end on 2018.
My Success Story
In 2017, I weighed 255 pounds at 5' 8"and I couldn't do Cathe basic step. I really loved Cathe, but I couldn't do her workouts. Now, I can. Now, I weigh 184 pounds and I can complete her workouts. I have to do some of it with modifications, but most of it I can complete. I have to do the push ups on my knees. The burpees need work, also the an sections too but the majority of Cathe workouts I can do. I love Cathe Step aerobics. In high school in the early 90s, I love step. So, when I ask stepping with Cathe, I feel like a 16 year old again!
